Aftercare invoices were sent home on the first. Please be sure to contact Ms. Chiapetta for any late balances. 


March Break Camps
Forms have been sent home regarding SJA's Awesome Adventure Camp. This wonderful camp will run from Monday to Friday for the entire March Break (March 9-13 & March 16 -20) and is offered to students from JK to Grade 6. Field trips will take place on Thursday afternoon. Meal plans are also included if you choose to do so. Cash or Quickbooks payments are the accepted forms of payment. Don't delay, register today! 

March Lunches  - The lunch site is now open

It will close Wednesday, February 26th at 3:00pm sharp 

Special of the month: French Toast with Whipped Cream and Syrup

All payments are to be made through quickbooks by March 6th.

Inquiry into Math:
Today the grade 4s continued working on constructing triangles. They had to construct two different triangles using what they they know about angles and measuring side lengths:

To continue working on this skill, the grade 4s have been given the following instructions to create more angles and triangles: 

Inquiry to Language: 

Today the grade 4s wrote their lesson 21 spelling test. Please review your child's score and have them correct any misspelled list words 10 times each.

For homework, the grades 4s have been asked to read chapters 13 - 15 of Ghosts in the Churchyard. Once they have completed the reading they may complete their comprehension worksheet for the listed chapters. We will be having a discussion about their thoughts on the book so far next week. 

Unit of Inquiry:

Today the grade 4s had a working period during their Unit of Inquiry time. They worked on their coat of arms' and their Becoming a Knight information accordions.
